Everything you need to prepare for your pet's stay.
We are able to administer medications or supplements during your pet's stay. Please let us know what the medication is for and any serious health issues we should be aware of.
⚠️ All medications must be in the original prescribed bottles and not mixed in with food or treats.
Please leave large bags of food at home and divide your pet's food up one of two ways:
✓Individually bagged per feeding in a ziplock
✓Use a gallon ziplock bag
We strongly recommend scheduling a temperament test prior to your dog's first stay, followed by a few daycare visits. This helps your pet become familiar with our surroundings, team members, and fellow guests — setting them up for a safe and stress-free experience.
To participate in group play, male dogs must be neutered by 7 months of age. If you choose to delay neutering, your dog is still welcome — however, he will receive individual walks and will not participate in group play.
