All animals must be up to date on the following vaccines before arrival. 💉
⚠️ Any dog with expired vaccines will not be accepted for daycare or boarding.
⚠️ Any cat with expired vaccines will not be accepted for daycare or boarding.
To participate in group play, male dogs must be neutered by 7 months of age. If you choose to delay neutering, your dog is still welcome — however, he will receive individual walks and will not participate in group play.

The health of every animal in our care is our absolute top priority. 💙
If your dog or cat is experiencing any signs of illness — including but not limited to diarrhea, vomiting, or coughing — please keep them home.
Should any symptoms arise during their stay with us, we will contact you promptly and request immediate pickup.
If during your pet's stay a medical issue arises, they will be taken to Allen Veterinary Hospital to be seen by one of the veterinarians.
⚠️ All medical expenses will be at the owner's expense.
We follow a strict cleaning schedule for all kennels, playrooms, yards, and water and food bowls at ACE Pet Resort using certified pet-safe cleaning products. Your pet's environment is always clean and safe.
